How do you protect yourself when you’re regularly working with other people’s energy? What do you do when someone becomes overwhelmed in a group session? How do you know when to step in, and when to give someone space? And what happens when you sense something energetically that you don’t quite understand?
Jaguar Shield is a 5-month advanced practitioner training that gently guides you through all of this, so you can feel confident in your energetic protection, your discernment and your ability to hold safe, trauma-informed spaces.

Practical ways to protect and clear yourself, your clients and the spaces you work in.
🖤 Safe group facilitation
How to open, hold and close group healing spaces without feeling like you’re carrying the whole room afterwards.
🖤 Trauma-informed space holding
Recognising release, overwhelm, freeze and dissociation, and understanding how to respond without automatically interrupting someone’s process.
🖤 Consent, touch & intervention
How to recognise when someone may need support, when to ask before intervening, and when giving them space may be more appropriate.
🖤 Energetic discernment
Developing your ability to question what you’re sensing and distinguish between your own responses, another person’s experience and what you interpret energetically.
🖤 Entity & thought-form awareness
How I recognise and work with entities, attachments and thought forms within my shamanic practice, including when clearing may or may not be appropriate.
🖤 Contracts & ancestral ties
Exploring energetic contracts, agreements, past-life connections, body ties and ancestral patterns within the framework I work with.
🖤 Shamanic clearing & extraction
Learning my extraction process alongside two shamanic cleansing and clearing methods, with the opportunity to practise the work in person.

Knowing where your role as a practitioner ends, when something needs different support, and how to communicate that with confidence.
Sessions 1 to 5 are held live on Zoom on Thursdays at 1.30pm UK time. Session 6 is a full practical day together in London.

Jaguar Shield is for healers, energy workers, Kundalini facilitators, Reiki practitioners, breathwork facilitators, sound healers, massage therapists, coaches, ceremony holders and anyone who regularly holds people in vulnerable or open states.
It isn’t a beginner’s introduction to energy healing. It’s for practitioners who already have some experience and would love deeper training in energetic protection, discernment, trauma-informed facilitation and safe space holding.
Jaguar Shield is practitioner development and facilitation training. It is not a psychotherapy or clinical trauma qualification.
This work isn’t about fear. It’s about feeling grounded, clear and confident in the spaces you hold.
